Please remember to bring your Verification Form with you at registration time.  Ensure all information on the form is correct.

Registration Fees

Student Activity Fee -  $50.00
(Students will be provided with a student card.  Funds collected support all extra-curricular clubs & events. It also includes $10 towards the graduation fee.)

Dudley Lock - $ 6.50
(students can provide their own lock)

Phys Ed T-Shirt - $15.00 or 3 for $30.00
(necessary for students taking physical education classes)

Yearbook - $35.00 
(2015/16 yearbook will be available for pick up in September 2016)
