Please be advised that Public Health is running an immunization clinic at Stamford Collegiate on March 3, from 8:45 to 11:15 in room 46.  

If you or your child received an immunization notice from public health, your child may attend the clinic and receive their immunization. 

Please let your child know that he or she is to attend the clinic and bring with them the immunization notice you received from public health.
