Niagara Region Public Health will soon be holding an immunization clinic at our school. This clinic is for students who have received an "Order for Suspension", from Public Health, which stated their vaccination record on file is not up-to-date. If you have received this form in the mail, please bring it with you to the clinic along with your personal immunization record.  Our school's vaccine clinic will be held the morning of Monday, February 12, 2018 in the school library.  Please remember to eat breakfast and wear a short-sleeved shirt.
